How can I stop repeating the same grammar mistakes?
Create a personal error log with three columns: your original sentence, a corrected version and a brief explanation of the pattern. Group similar mistakes together rather than treating every error as unique. Practise five or six sentences targeting the same pattern, then return to a real IELTS task and check whether the error reappears.
A few days later, repeat the exercise without looking at your earlier corrections. This turns feedback into learning, rather than allowing the same mistakes to appear in every new essay or recording.
